These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tgportal ("tgportal," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tgportal website located at https://tgportal.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by tgportal may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, subject to applicable verification procedures.

To access the full features of the tgportal Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active tgportal account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. tgportal employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tgportal reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold winnings pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

All financial transactions on the tgportal Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). tgportal supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your tgportal account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. tgportal does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tgportal processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to the completion of any applicable verification checks. • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the tgportal Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of tgportal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

The tgportal name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tgportal. You may not use any tgportal trademark without our prior written consent.

tgportal does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

tgportal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent Philippine authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to tgportal.

You may close your tgportal account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

tgportal reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tgportal will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
